IKEA Brooklyn
For the last year, I have worked at IKEA Brooklyn in the graphics and communications department. During this time, I have worked with the sales, customer service, and leadership teams in designing, writing copy, printing, and installing large wall and window graphics. These graphics, using the branding and visual identity of IKEA, have included store communication, sales and special offers, event and marketing materials, and digital promotions throughout the store and in parts of New York City.
Thirsty much?
The in-store “Thirsty much?” campaign was a collaboration with the sales, leadership, and IKEA food teams to promote the Swedish beverages in the store restaurant and food market. This drove traffic into these areas of the stores and increased sales.
Sleep Essentials
To coincide with the national IKEA campaign of 2025 “Complete Sleep,” I designed and implemented billboards and ferry/bus stop window graphics, each featuring an essential quality of sleep: temperature, sound, air, light, comfort, and decluttering.
Digital Motion Graphics
To promote events and services offered by the store, I designed digital communications for the screens at the ferry terminal where the weekend ferry runs from Manhatten to IKEA Brooklyn.
Other Graphics
Throughout IKEA Brooklyn, I designed and implemented navigational communication, sales and special offers, and event and marketing material.
